Great fun had by all at Parkway

Shoppers were given a nice surprise at the weekend as theinsatiably loveable & mischievous  Minions turned up at ParkwayShopping Centre for the day. The larger than life yellow characters, madefamous from the film Despicable ME & later their own blockbuster filmtitled Minions, met with hundreds of families and children throughout the day.

Nearly 500 children had been pre-registered for the specialmeet & greet parties inside Gelato Joes, The Entertainer, Johnson’s Shoes& Debenhams Café Estro. At the parties children were able to meet with theThe Minions whilst having a professional photo taken, receive a FREE giftcourtesy of Parkway & a voucher for 50% off an ice-cream at Gelato Joes icecream parlour!

David Pickett, Parkway’s Centre Director commented, “it wasa really fun day, looking after 3 Minions is harder than it looks, they wereeverywhere! But it was great to see so many happy faces and a lot of ice creambeing consumed.”
