PAUL at Parkway
ARTISAN BAKERY PAUL OPENED CAFÉ IN PARKWAY ON 25TH MARCH.
French artisan bakery and pâtisserie, PAUL, opened it's 32nd shop in Newbury, as part of an overall brand roll-out that will see five further openings in 2015. Join us on middle street in Parkway, Newbury for the launch with live music, stilts acts and bread stall expected.
Open morning through to early evening, the 32-cover bakery and café will offer hot breakfast and brunch dishes including: Oeufs ála Coque – ‘boiled eggs & soldiers’; Oeufs Royale – two poached free-range eggs with smoked salmon, hollandaise sauce & toasted PAUL Campagne bread; and Les Criques de Gramat – potato cakes with ham and Emmental cheese served with Provençale tomatoes, topped with a free-range fried egg. The PAUL signature French-style afternoon tea will also be available, as well as charcuterie platters, whilst the concise wine list features a selection of regional French bins from small artisan winemakers.
PAUL’s signature range of breads and famous selection of pâtisserie,viennoiserie, gourmet salads and sandwiches will be available to buy in the shop or take-away, alongside freshly-brewed coffee and a range of hot seasonal products including soups, croques and pizzas.
